• Information you give us. Contact and inquiry details such as your name, email address, phone number, organization or school, team name, sport, approximate number of participants, and any message you send us.
• Account and campaign information. Information used to create and manage organizations, teams, campaigns and participants, including campaign goals and dates.
• Donation information. Information submitted when a supporter gives to a campaign. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Sprint Raise.
• Consent records. If you opt in to SMS messages, we record that you checked the box, the date and time, the page or form used, and the exact disclosure text shown to you.
• Usage information. Device, browser and usage details collected automatically when you visit our website, including pages viewed and referring links.

• To respond to inquiries and provide the Sprint Raise services.
• To create, operate and support fundraising campaigns and participant links.
• To process donations and provide campaign reporting to organizers.
• To send service communications about your inquiry, account or campaigns.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To improve our website and services.

We use third-party service providers to help us operate our business, such as hosting, customer relationship management, email and messaging delivery, analytics, and payment processing. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide services on Sprint Raise’s behalf, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. We may use analytics and marketing attribution tools to measure website traffic and campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where we use an analytics or marketing-attribution provider, it acts as a service provider on our behalf. We do not use mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information for third-party marketing.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers as described above, and when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We may also share information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Organization and team visibility. Information appropriate to administering a fundraiser may be visible to the organization or team operating the campaign, including participant and campaign details, donation records and reporting needed to run the fundraiser and account for funds raised. Full payment card numbers and other confidential payment credentials are handled by our payment processor and are not provided to the organization or team.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of campaigns and consents, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

• You can decline to provide information, though some features may not be available.
• You can opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message.
• You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.

Sprint Raise accounts are created and administered by adults — coaches, booster club leaders and organization administrators. Sprint Raise campaigns may involve participants who are minors. Where that is the case, organization administrators and/or a parent or legal guardian are responsible for providing and managing participant information as appropriate, consistent with applicable law and the organization’s own policies.

Sprint Raise is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child. If you believe a minor’s information was provided to us without appropriate authorization, contact us at info@sprintraise.com and we will review the request and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page.
