Refund & Payout Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
1. Refunds
Donations are generally final and non-refundable.
Donors who believe a donation was made in error, was duplicated, or was unauthorized should contact Sprint Raise promptly at info@sprintraise.com.
Sprint Raise may issue a refund when appropriate, subject to campaign status, payment-processor rules, and whether funds have already been distributed. A change of mind alone does not guarantee a refund.
2. Payout timing
After a campaign closes, funds are generally subject to a 14-day settlement and review period before becoming eligible for payout.
Timing may be extended when necessary due to:
- payment processing
- refunds
- disputes
- chargebacks
- identity or account verification
- fraud or risk review
- legal or compliance requirements
3. Adjustments
Chargebacks, disputed donations, refunds and payment-processor adjustments may be deducted from amounts otherwise payable to a campaign. Payout details for an organization are confirmed during campaign setup.
4. Fees
No upfront cost to launch. Sprint Raise earns a percentage of funds raised, with the applicable campaign fee clearly disclosed before launch. Donors may also elect to contribute toward payment-processing costs.
